Uttar Pradesh Technical University or more prominently called Dr. Abdul Kalam Technical University is a top state government university which is specifically the king in B.Tech courses. Students who get a chance to pursue B.Tech from UPTU are fortunate as to get such an excellent university to move further in their career. UPTU conducts entrance exam for the same to admit students every year for various course. So students from all over India gives this exam in a hope of getting admission in B.Tech from reputed UPTU.
Many students have filled the form till date. The exam of UPTU will be held in the month of August 2020 due to the ongoing lockdown. The entrance exam is taken with the sole aim of giving those students the opportunity of doing engineering who are knowledgeable and completely thorough with their school content.
The notification of UPTU Form 2020 is already out and the last date to fill the form is 15th May 2020. The entrance exam form is available online. So, students who need to fill the form must do so online on the official website of UPTU before the mentioned date. Any changes in the application form can be made by 18th May. However the corrections are allowed only in some particular fields.
The date of exam this year is 2 August 2020. The application form filling comprises of various steps like registration, photo uploading, fee payment etc. The fee for the same is Rs. 1300 for male, general, OBC Candidates and Rs. 650 for female, SC/ST candidates. This has to paid online only through debit or credit card. There is no need to send the confirmation page to the University.
The students who will be eligible will have to get minimum of 45% in PCM (40% in reserved category). The exam will consist of 150 objective type questions, 50 each of Physics, Chemistry and Maths. So students need to prepare nicely for this exam and your future will depend on this. The center for this exam will be all over India. Candidates have to mention 3 cities of their choice for the exam center.
The centers being all major cities of UP along with Delhi, Dehradun, Patna, Ranchi, Jaipur, Kolkata, Mumbai, Bhopal etc. Candidates need to bring UPTU 2020 admit card to the exam center as without this you will not be allowed in the exam hall. Date and time and also the venue will be clearly mentioned in the admit card.
